We take those girls who are willing to join us in our way of life; and allow them to experience by being with us in our community in India.\u00a0It\u2019s also known as initial formation; Girls who have passed 10th, +2 and above can join us of their own willingness. During this period a sister is appointed to take care of them and they learn English which is one of the\u00a0common languages for SSpS also they learn to live in the Community. At the end of the 10 Months they make the decision and write an application to the concerned Provincial expressing their view of continuing us.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Those who are promoted will be send for the further year of formation. All\u00a0who have completed 10th go for +2 and others will go for Aspirancy.
