A mental health awareness Programme!

The Missionary Sisters Servants of the Holy Spirit (SSpS), Divine Love Province, India South, successfully organised an enriching seminar aimed at holistic well-being and personal renewal for its members. ​A total of 53 SSpS sisters participated actively in the sessions. The programme was led by Dr. Shirly from Holy Spirit Hospital, Mumbai, who served as the resource person. Drawing from her extensive medical expertise and practical experience, Dr. Shirly guided the participants through insightful discussions on physical health, preventive care, emotional well-being, and self-care strategies essential for sustained community life and apostolic mission. ​The interactive sessions provided the sisters with valuable opportunities for learning, reflection, and open discussion. The participants expressed heartfelt gratitude to the provincial leadership for organising the programme and to Dr. Shirly for her engaging and informative presentations, leaving everyone refreshed and better equipped to serve in their respective ministries
